Upset At The Eastern Idaho Open

For the first time in quite a while, James Wei did not finish first. It was Kaustubh Kodihalli who was victorious! James took second (tiebreaks with Kaustubh) and Finn Below got third (clean). Great job everyone! Fourth thru tenth are listed below. I will submit the rating report to US Chess on Monday morning, assuming there are no claims.
